Hi there, I'm Diana! Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience providing therapy to individuals in Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Barry University and my Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. I am trained in several evidence-based therapies and hold certifications in multiple modalities of care. My approach My approach to therapy is highly individualized to meet each person's unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR, and Psychodynamic interventions. My focus I specialize in helping people who are struggling with relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, family-of-origin issues, co-dependency, substance use, or trauma. My communication style I believe therapy should be a safe place where a person can explore personal issues and find solutions that will last a lifetime. I provide listening, validation, feedback, intervention, and collaboration to help clients achieve their goals. My journey to mental healthcare I am naturally curious and compassionate.
