I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Florida with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University. I believe that the client is the expert on his/her/their story and has many strengths that will assist in overcoming challenges. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey. Together, we can work on adjustment to change, stress reduction, goal setting, and motivation while navigating a path toward personal growth, self-care, and overall well-being. During my experience as a therapist, I have helped individuals, families, and groups with depression, stress and anxiety, eating disorders, substance use and dependence, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, and abuse.
