Diana Lozano, LCSW

Diana Lozano, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy via Telehealth to clients across California. I work with individuals from all walks of life—children, teens, adults, and families—and have been supporting clients with mental health challenges since 2017. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, which laid the foundation for my clinical practice and commitment to compassionate care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based, person-centered, and solution-focused frameworks. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients, providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for growth and healing. I believe in empowering clients to recognize their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I support clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress. My approach is flexible and individualized, allowing me to meet clients where they are while promoting emotional growth, resilience, and self-awareness. I enjoy working with diverse populations and value the unique strengths and experiences each person brings to therapy. My communication style is warm, direct, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be collaborative, where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I strive to create a safe space where you can explore emotions, build coping skills, and feel confident in your growth. I became a therapist because growing up, I didn’t feel like I had anyone I could truly talk to, and I struggled to understand and express my emotions. That experience inspired me to become the person I needed back then—someone who listens without judgment, offers support, and helps others navigate their emotions with confidence.
