I have 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a type of psychotherapy that allows people to heal from presenting symptoms and emotional distress that originated from traumatic life experiences. I have extensive experience with children diagnosed with ADHD, helping children cope with divorce, and supporting children through life transitions. I am versed in many counseling modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy and the Person Centered Approach. Together we can work on enhancing life so that you can live it to its fullest.
