I am a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working alongside adolescents and adults helping clients to process and navigate life’s challenges. My mission is to work collaboratively with clients to reach therapeutic goals and overall well-being. My approach involves focusing on connecting with clients while incorporating a trauma-informed and culturally therapeutic lens and fostering a safe space for self-awareness, self-empowerment and aiding to identify inherent strengths. I have experience working with clients in need of support with trauma, domestic violence, acculturation, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relational issues and low self-esteem. Life certainly takes us on a journey of embracing challenges while also celebrating wins.
