What should a new client know about working with you?

My professional experience includes working within the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System and the psychiatric unit at Lenox Hill Hospital, where I supported individuals navigating complex mental health and psychosocial needs. I’m passionate about helping clients access resources, advocate for themselves, and build the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their growth and healing. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading memoirs, playing classic video games, and watching anime.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
