My name is Diana Yates, and I am a licensed clinical therapist with a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. My counseling style combines empathy and a person-centered approach. I understand that participating in counseling may be new and difficult for you. You have taken the first (and most important) step of reaching out for help. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and experiences. I am trained in several evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and stress reduction strategies. Together, we will keep taking one step at a time, at a pace that you feel comfortable with. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can work toward healing and develop effective coping skills.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
