Getting to know Diana Zilly

Hello! I'm Diana. Thank you for visiting my profile! New clients: Your first scheduled appointment will trigger my awareness of you wanting to schedule and I will reach out to you to set up a meeting to make sure we are a good fit and get you onboarded or referred out. I will manage our scheduling because I have a caseload of clients outside of Grow also. If you want some help to resolve anxiety, build confidence, and take control of your life, then you're in the right place. (*please note that I don't treat for depression/suicidality/self-harm/drug or alcohol abuse, anorexia, bulimia, other severe issues or life-threatening issues*) Burnout and stress can cause a lot of anxiety and sometimes even symptoms of PTSD. I can help you create a healing process that helps you move forward in life. I will also teach you how to develop habits that align with your personal values, as well as teach you how to set boundaries and create goals. My experiences as a therapist, educator, parent, and fellow human being has taught me that there is a definite need to take a holistic approach, meaning that we have to pay attention to what our bodies are telling us, and realize that our environment, situations, relationships, workplaces, families, nutrition, sleep, habits, money, and world events all have an effect on us. I'm not robot, and neither are you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

As my client, you'll of course experience some of the practical steps of intake so that I can get to know you. Additionally, I'll be learning about your strengths, what interests you, and what you positive outcomes you would like to see for yourself as a result of therapy. I usually give my clients some "homework" to do between sessions (don't worry! I'm not collecting anything for a grade!) which might be doing some breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, or even exercise and being active, or even some worksheets or activities to help with self-awareness.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
