Hi there, I'm Diane! I am a nationally board-certified counselor, registered art therapist, and licensed mental health clinician. I earned my Master's in Art Therapy from Springfield College. In 2014, I started a non-profit organization named Healing Stitches, which advocates art making as fuel for healing. I love to explore therapeutic art-making techniques, including projective drawing analysis. In addition to dream analysis, I explore psychodynamic theories with clients. My approach I provide telehealth services for individuals, with bettering my clients' well-being as a top priority. I am trained in Reiki and EMDR. I prioritize safety planning, recovery, and self-care with all clients and am dedicated to providing client-centered (Adlerian and Rogerian) therapy. My focus I am trauma-informed and specialize in working with individuals, children, couples, and families across the lifespan.
