Counseling is a journey to becoming the mentally healthiest version of yourself. As the journey unfolds, my role is to make you feel safe and empowered as you identify what interferes with your goals and how to overcome those barriers to live the life you desire. My approach My approach to therapy utilizes Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Humanistic, Relational, and Solution-Focused methods. Together, we will create goals that are manageable, attainable, and help you succeed. As therapy proceeds, we will assess your progress to address any hurdles to positive change.
