You were never meant to carry it all alone. Many of my clients are high-achieving women, professionals, and moms who appear successful and capable on the outside—but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or spiritually disconnected on the inside. If you find yourself stuck in patterns of perfectionism, burnout, emotional reactivity, or shame, I want you to know that healing is possible. As a faith-based therapist and certified Enneagram coach, I help clients uncover the emotional and spiritual roots of their struggles, reconnect with themselves and God, and build healthier, more grounded lives. My approach integrates clinical insight, soul-deep compassion, and the transformative lens of the Enneagram to support healing from the inside out. This work is sacred, and it starts with one brave step. If you're ready to pause the striving, embrace your story, and pursue wholeness with support, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Schedule your first session today—I look forward to meeting you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is like finally turning on the GPS for your life—but this one is guided by the Holy Spirit. Together, we’ll explore where you are, how you got here, and where God is calling you next. I work with high-achieving women who are tired of running on autopilot—stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—and who are ready to feel more present, connected, and aligned with both their purpose and their Creator. Using the Enneagram as a tool for soul-discovery, we’ll uncover your God-given design, your core motivations, and the emotional patterns that often drive your thoughts and behaviors. With this insight, you’ll begin to recognize where you're striving in your own strength—and where God is inviting you to surrender, heal, and walk in freedom. My approach is compassionate, honest, and Spirit-led. I create a space where you can pause, reflect, and realign—not just with your goals, but with your identity in Christ. You’ll find room to be fully known and deeply loved, even in the messy middle. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to take the next faithful step. I’ll walk alongside you every mile of the journey—helping you move from burnout and disconnection to a life that feels grounded, grace-filled, and deeply rooted in the truth of who God says you are.
