My practice is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while drawing from various techniques. I believe our differences make us strong, and I help individuals recognize and embrace their distinct qualities. My focus I work with clients aged 5 to 55 and address a wide variety of conditions. While committed to providing the highest level of care, I will refer to another specialist if their expertise better meets your needs. My communication style I foster a calm, nonjudgmental atmosphere that empowers individuals to regain and maintain control over their circumstances. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics, promoting openness and facilitating healing.
