I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I use evidencebased practice with a therapeutic and collaborative approach in therapy. I work together with my clients to help improve the persons wellbeing and health. Ive worked in the Emergency Department in San Luis Obispo, CA, for 8 years and 10 years at the CA State Hospital as a Clinical Social Worker. I have a Masters degree in Social Work, licensed in the State of California. I retired from the US Army after 20 years of military service two war tours and many deployments. I know how important Mental Health is in our society. Im here to break down any stigma.
