MA
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care with a focus on helping individuals navigate complex emotional, social, and systemic challenges. Drawing from my own experiences growing up in an immigrant family and working across medical and community settings, I approach therapy with empathy, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. My approach My approach to treatment is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect. I prioritize building a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your full self. I integrate trauma-informed, culturally responsive care with evidence-based practices, and I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. Whether we’re working through past trauma, navigating life transitions, or exploring identity, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your pace. My focus I work best with teens and adults (ages 13 and up) who are navigating complex emotional experiences, especially those rooted in racial trauma, childhood trauma, and identity exploration. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the weight of navigating a world that doesn’t always make space for their full selves, especially if they’re neurodivergent or from historically marginalized communities. I create a space where you don’t have to explain the impact of culture, oppression, or lived experience—I already understand it matters deeply. Together, we work to untangle pain, build coping strategies, and reclaim your sense of power, connection, and peace. My communication style In our work together, you can expect a supportive, honest, and down-to-earth space. I communicate with care, clarity, and cultural sensitivity, always aiming to meet you with compassion and curiosity rather than judgment.
