Hi there, I'm Dolores! I am Dee Dimitri, an LMFT with a Master’s in Counseling from Notre Dame de Namur University, passionate about supporting the elder community as well as traumatized children involved in the welfare and juvenile system, including foster children. My approach I am a trauma-informed therapist using TF-CBT, CBT, Solution Focus, Motivational Interviewing, and client-centered approaches. My focus I enjoy empowering elder adults and teens, and providing clinical supervision for BBS candidates: AMFT, APCC, and ASW. I support individuals overcoming depression, anxiety, grief, and managing PTSD. My communication style As an Italian descendent, I am a compassionate therapist. I also like to provide honest and clear feedback to individuals to help them succeed. My journey to mental healthcare I have been in community services in the legal and mental health fields.
