I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related symptoms as well as people struggling with coming out, questioning their sexual or gender identity, and other issues connected with the unique experiences of being LGBTQIA+ in our society. My approach is collaborative. We will work together to identify your goals, develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and experiences, explore what may be interfering with your ability to live a fulfilling life, increase healthy self-esteem and coping skills, and overcome the harmful effects of social oppression and discrimination.
