You don't have to figure it all out alone. I work with teens and young adults (ages 13–29) navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. Life at this stage can feel overwhelming - from managing big emotions to balancing school, work, and expectations. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, unpack what's been weighing on you, and start healing. My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. Together, we'll build tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control - so you can move forward with clarity and peace. I hold a PhD in Professional Counseling and Supervision from the University of West Georgia and an EdD in Professional and School Counseling from Columbus State University, which inform my compassionate and evidence-based approach to supporting your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative, down to earth, and centered around you. I show up as a real person—compassionate, honest, and present—and I invite you to do the same. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so we’ll explore what works best for your needs at your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity questions, or big life changes, I’ll meet you where you are. You can expect a space that feels affirming, supportive, and grounded in curiosity and care. You don’t need to have it all figured out or say things perfectly. Just bring your full self. That’s more than enough.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building trust, getting to know each other, and exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences, goals, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll work together to create a supportive and doable plan. A typical session might include talking through recent stressors, identifying patterns, learning coping strategies, or building self-awareness around your thoughts and emotions. I value honesty and collaboration, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. This is your space, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
