“• Don Cantrell is a fantastic therapist. I have so many issues from an abusive childhood, having a stroke at age 15, an abusive, undiagnosed until late in life, bipolar husband and currently a disabling burst fractured back which has greatly changed my life. It is a tall order, but Don Cantrell has helped me like no other. I have tried many therapist’s in the past and Don is so kind, thoughtful and full of good suggestions. His EMDR sessions have helped me remember suppressed memories, face them and conquer them by making them irrelevant. When we first started EMDR, Don said our goal was for me to have these haunting memories become irrelevant. I thought that might be impossible, but it is just the opposite. I highly recommend Don Cantrell, Lifestance Health.”

“I have never had a therapist care for my health like Don. Don makes sure I'm looking out for my self as well. He makes sure I'm getting sleep because that is one of the most important parts of mental health. I think my other mental health providers should put at least a 1/3 of what Don's passion for caring for his patient's is into their patterns. Maybe they would eventually find the same love for life I'm finding again. I have fought to keep Don as my provider, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
