It was an odd experience. It felt like I had to navigate the conversation in our first meeting, as opposed to having questions that were to get to know me. At about 35 minutes into the meeting, she literally told me "I don't think you need therapy". Not sure if that was a compliment?? But I feel like actively seeking out therapy regardless of how well adjusted someone is, deserves to be taken a little more seriously and personally than my appointment. Would not recommend.
