I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for over 30 rewarding years. I am a graduate of New York University, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work. I have extensive experience working with clients ranging from children to seniors. I believe in the basic resiliency and strengths we each possess to cope with life’s many challenges and transitions. I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic models and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. There is no magic in therapy; I believe it is a committed partnership dedicated and driven by helping YOU change what you want in your life. This process begins with establishing a safe, trusting, non-judgmental, and compassionate relationship. It is my goal and hope to help you live a more fulfilling life.
