Hi there, I'm Donna! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Walden University. I have many years of experience, ranging from hands-on care to management. I prefer what I am doing now, which is one-on-one therapy. I have worked in addictions, with families and children, corrections, and mental health facilities. My goal is to provide you with treatment that helps you feel better and improves your ability to function. My approach Through talk therapy and motivational interviewing, I explore the underlying causes of symptoms and help you work on processing the past to make your present livable. My focus I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, races, and genders. I believe the client is the focus. I specialize in couples therapy and concentrate on stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and developmental or neuro-typical challenges. My communication style I provide a non-judgmental space where you can freely express your feelings. I expect clients to communicate about 90 percent of the time and to be actively involved in the tone, progress of the session, and their treatment.
