Hi, I'm Donna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm licensed in both Georgia and Utah, and I've had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, past trauma, grief and loss, aging, and coping with life changes. My counseling style is warm and interactive, and I like to incorporate humor when appropriate. You might even see my fur-child joining us in our sessions, and your pets are welcome too! I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without focusing on labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, mindfulness, and any other tools that I believe will be most beneficial for you. I strive to meet you where you're at and tailor my approach to your individual needs. I understand that it takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change.
