As a client-centered therapist, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental approach in which you can feel safe to begin the healing journey. I firmly believe in building on my client's strengths and skills. My training and experience have included working with individuals and families recovering from trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and codependency/relationship issues. I tailor counseling to meet the needs of my client drawing from multiple healing approaches. I have advanced training and certification in Brainspotting and Grief Counseling.
