Getting to know DonnaMarie Elcock
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over ten years. My life journey is ongoing because we never stop creating a greater, more powerful self. Why would we do that? It feels encapsulating to be struck in a box of epic proportions, feeling there is no opening to the best of you! We live in a world that often denies its truths. The truth helps you begin to walk on the journey of healing. I know this journey very well, both professionally and personally.
It is not about perfection but about working on your recovery, insight, and feeling better-not the opinion of others to complete, design, or inform you of what your dreams are or who you are; only you can create that. I love teaching seminars and having important discussions needed for past and present experiences that result in personal growth. I have worked in many fields, and each contributed significantly to the unbreakable, fierce spirit that is me!
I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, which has deeply informed my approach to healing and growth.
