What should a new client know about working with you?

I use CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you skills to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and and grounding. Together, we’ll identify challenges you may face and work on strategies to help you move forward.

Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts and self-doubt? I work with adults who are managing anxiety, trauma, and grief, and those seeking support for self-esteem issues. No matter what you're working through, I’ll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable I provide clear, open, and direct communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I employ active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me empathetically. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient as you work through things
