I want you to know that I am not just a Therapist. I am a real person having had to endure many of the things that you are dealing with right now. I’ve made moves in a lot of different areas, but these things do not describe the impact I hope to have on your life. Like many, having faced adversities as early as I can remember, growing up a military kid we moved so many times. Facing challenge after challenge, changing schools, changing grade levels, the frequency of being the new kid and having to make new friends. I had no sense of stability until I got closer to high school. As I became older meant facing new challenges that I like many was not prepared. As an adult it took a lot of trial and error to become what I called rooted in my life. Today, I'm not only rooted in life. I'm Rooted In Hope. I’m here to tell you, my story and my journey, was a long and hard one but I’ve come out on the other side and I want to pass on the things that helped me to transform my life. I want you to know that you have support with me, that I will be in your corner just as I have been in the corner of many in some of their darkest moments. Helping you to discover how to empower yourself to overcome obstacles. To improve the way that you see yourself again, gaining insight into who you are as a person. Helping you grow past those walls that you have built to protect yourself Encouraging you to believe in yourself again. Working with me, you will always lead the way, with my support.
