Our first session will be focused on helping you feel relaxed and supported while I gather information about your history. We will also talk about your goals for therapy, what you would like to work on in sessions. I try to be the therapist that I would want to see, so you can expect me to take an active role in your sessions, have a good sense of humor, and use a straightforward, down to earth approach.
