I consider myself very adaptable. My communication style is casual, unstructured, and never lacks well-timed and appropriate humor and pop culture references. You'll find I'm quite authentic; for example, if I don't know the answer to something, I won't rush to bluff (and if I tried, I'd definitely fail!). Sessions with me feel comfortable and conversational, like chatting with a friend who happens to have some tools to help. I strive to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling judged. We'll laugh when it's needed and get serious when it's time, but you'll always feel heard, respected, and supported. I like to keep things flexible so that as we progress, we can adjust our goals based on what you're experiencing.
