I have worked with children, adolescents, and families as an IOP therapist, a behavioral health consultant, and a school-based counselor. Since then, I have been in private practice, working primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples. I take a person-centered approach with my clients. I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship that promotes positive change by building on current strengths. Feedback, education, and collaboration are essential to this relationship. From domestic violence and mood disorders to anxiety and life stressors, I am here to help you develop a plan. Today is a new day-a new opportunity to make a different choice.
