I help individuals navigate a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My goal is to support you in understanding the deeper roots of your struggles so you can create lasting change, strengthen your sense of self, and build more fulfilling connections with others. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Smith College and have provided therapy in a variety of settings, supporting individuals, families, and organizations alike.
