Psychotherapist
CA
"I don't want to get to the end of my life and find that I have just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well." - Diane Ackerman. As a therapist, I want all of my clients to experience the width of life. I hold a Doctor of Psychology and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, Inland Empire. With over ten years of experience, I work with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and trauma. I use several theoretical orientations, including solution-focused therapy, CBT, and DBT. I am certified Level 1 in Pivotal Response Training for Autism Spectrum Disorders. I am passionate about helping those struggling with eating disorders and plan to become designated as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Academy of Eating Disorders Professionals (IADEP). I deeply value the importance of relationship and humor in the therapeutic process. I also commend anyone taking the brave step to seek out assistance.
