I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the northwest Florida area, serving clients throughout Florida via telehealth and in person. I enjoy working with young adults (18-25), women, couples, LGBTQIA+, families, military spouses, and veterans. When we run into challenges, it can be tough to develop a plan that contains self-love, empowerment, and confidence. My approach My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, as both modalities help me and the client build a shared understanding of their reality and allow us to work together to chart a path forward.
