Hello, I'm Eboni. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate life's challenges and uncover your strengths. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to your well-being. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and valued as we explore your unique experiences and goals. I hold both a Bachelor’s (B.S. in Psychology) and a Master’s (M.Ed. in Community Counseling) degree from the University of Georgia. Since 2014, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor, and in 2020, I earned my Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) certification, which allows me to provide clinical supervision to master’s-level therapists. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, each enriching my understanding and expertise. I have served as a supervisor for the reunification and adoptions units at the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS), and as a lead therapist at the Gwinnett Regional Youth Detention Center. My experience also includes working as a Military Family Life Counselor in high schools and on Air Force and Naval installations. Additionally, I have served as a Regional Director of a therapeutic foster care agency and as the Lead Therapist at a short-term crisis stabilization hospital. Currently, I am the Clinical Director and offer telehealth sessions, which allows me to continue my passion for helping others while keeping my clinical skills sharp. I specialize in a range of areas including ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, multicultural/diversity issues, PTSD, stress, and trauma. My diverse background enables me to connect with clients from various walks of life and provide tailored support that meets their individual needs.
