What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, processing trauma, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I also support those experiencing challenges with ‘mother hunger’—the longing for nurturing, safety, and connection that may not have been met in childhood. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, develop tools to manage challenges, and create space for self-discovery and healing. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to who you truly are. I’m conversational, empathetic, and not afraid to gently challenge you so you leave each session with clarity and tools you can use right away.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I was drawn to this work by a passion for helping people heal and reconnect with themselves. Early on, I worked with trauma survivors and saw firsthand the resilience people carry. Those moments of growth and self-discovery continue to inspire me. We’ll set goals together that feel realistic and meaningful, adjusting them as you grow. I’ll help you track progress, celebrate wins, and stay focused on what matters most to you. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you here, and set a pace that feels comfortable. No pressure—just a safe space to start your journey.
