I use an eclectic approach, incorporating various therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Therapy. I tailor my interventions to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I work with adults, couples, families, and individuals of all ages, from children to teens. I support clients through challenges such as anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, depression, grief, trauma, adoption and foster care issues, and significant life changes. My culturally sensitive and adaptable approach ensures that each client's experience is honored and respected. My communication style is rooted in compassion, warmth, empathy, and humor. I strive to create a safe and supportive space that empowers, validates, and meets clients where they are. I firmly believe in each person's innate ability to grow and reshape their life narrative. In my experience, clients know themselves best and are their own greatest resources-and mine-when it comes to treatment. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where our combined knowledge and skills create meaningful solutions.
