I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. My focus With over 25 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, I work with a broad spectrum of clients. I assist men and women to find their true strengths and identify what might be stealing their joy. I use proven techniques to improve communication in all types of relationships and harness the power of cognitive beliefs to help with depression and anxiety. My journey to mental healthcare I was in marketing for many years before going back to graduate school in my 40s to study counseling psychology at the University for Humanistic Studies, where I earned my Master's degree.
