Getting to know Elba Castro-Gonzalez

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, developmentally attuned support to children, adolescents, and families navigating behavioral and mental health challenges, trauma, and systemic barriers. I strive to create a culturally responsive, inclusive, and accessible environment for all the families I serve, and I have worked closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, under-resourced communities, and the foster care system.

I am deeply passionate about meeting people where they are, honoring the belief that progress is not linear, and empowering clients to recognize their strengths. My goal is for every person who enters my space to leave feeling hopeful, supported, and equipped with practical tools to overcome adversity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
