As a native of Cleveland, Ohio, I am passionate about helping others and dedicated to destigmatizing mental health conditions and treatment by providing education and a supportive environment. My therapeutic philosophy is centered around focusing on strengths and being solution-focused as we address the emotional needs and stressors of life. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster personal growth and emphasize creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of mental health and emotional conditions, including adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in assisting adults who are experiencing mood and emotional instability, conflicts in interpersonal relationships, anger management, and substance abuse. Additionally, I have experience working with antisocial behavior, bipolar disorder, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, intimate/romantic relationships, psychosis/schizophrenia, stress, and suicidal ideation and/or self-harming behaviors. I understand that life can be challenging, and I am here to help you navigate those challenges. My goal is to assist you in obtaining the quality of life you deserve by providing compassionate and effective counseling.
