Getting to know Elexia Estrada

I have been working in the addiction and mental health field for over ten years, supporting clients with a variety of trauma experiences. I use a range of skills, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness, to help clients find balance and wellness in life. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Stanislaus, which has provided a strong foundation for my work. I believe in tailoring treatment to fit your unique needs, and we collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan. As a member of the LGBT+ community, I have a particular interest in working with LGBT+ clients.
