Licensed for 16 years, I've worked with people in all life stages within outpatient, residential, in-home, and school settings. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Currently, I focus on providing one-on-one counseling via telehealth. I find it a deep joy and privilege to support the pursuit of wholeness! My approach Fostering healthy relationships toward self and others is the foundation of my work. Together, we explore the stories, systems, and individuals who have shaped identity while establishing safe, nurturing connections moving forward. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and lifespan development theory provide the essential framework for my approach. My focus I work with young and middle-aged adults navigating life's changes and challenges. My specialties include abuse and trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting, religious and spiritual concerns, religious trauma, loss and grief, anxiety, and depression. My communication style My style is friendly and collaborative. I prioritize my relationship with clients by engaging with authenticity and acceptance. My first session with you If you schedule a session, I'll first seek to understand what led you to counseling and your hopes for the process. I'll provide an overview of what to expect and answer questions to help you discern if we're a good fit. I approach the initial and subsequent sessions with tender respect for the courage it takes to seek genuine healing.
