I believe that we all have the capacity and the courage to make the changes we want to make in our lives. Sometimes change feels uncertain and scary, and yet we are always changing and learning. In our therapy sessions, I will listen objectively and compassionately. We will identify the things that you want to explore, and we will make a plan to help you embrace the things that you can change, as well as implement actionable steps. Most importantly, I will help you accept yourself and your inner strengths and resources. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey.
