I earned two bachelor's degrees from California State University, Fullerton-one in Human Services and another in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work and Gerontology. I also hold a master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University. My goal is to touch, move, and inspire all those I come in contact with. I am passionate about empowering people in all aspects of life. I help individuals embrace their authentic selves, develop compassion toward themselves and others, and live meaningful lives through transformation and healing. I have been married for over 23 years, have three adult children, and two dogs. My hobbies include working out, reading, and attending sports events and concerts.
