Elizabeth Baker, LPC

Psychotherapist
187 E Kiowa Ave, Elizabeth, CO
At the heart of my therapeutic work is the belief that therapy is a true partnership. It's an honor to be trusted with someone's story, and I approach this responsibility with deep respect, compassion, and empathy. My goal is to create a safe and intentional space where you feel heard and supported as we work together to navigate life's challenges and build a pathway toward improved mental health. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring techniques to meet your unique needs. My practice draws on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These tools allow me to effectively address anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use disorders, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in both adults and adolescents. In my free time, I recharge by connecting with nature-whether it's camping, hiking, kayaking, or soaking up the Colorado sun. I also love attending concerts, enjoying the theater, and cheering on the Broncos, Nuggets, and Avalanche! Most of all, I cherish quality time spent with my family and my beloved fur-babies. If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as we work toward a brighter future together.
