IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $240 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 13 years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I support teens and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, prenatal and postpartum concerns, and major life transitions. I am passionate about helping clients feel less overwhelmed and more empowered as they work toward meaningful and lasting change. I earned my master's degree in community and counseling psychology from Sage Graduate School. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and intentional, grounded in trauma-informed care. I utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful agents of change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can strengthen coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your values.
