Getting to know Elizabeth Davis

Hi there, I'm Elizabeth! Welcome! My name is Elizabeth Davis, and I am licensed in California. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton. Therapy is considered a partnership. I am here to help guide and support you through times in life where you may be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, parenthood, family issues, career/entrepreneurship, money/finances, trauma, self-love, and relationships. My approach CBT, DBT, positive psychology, brainspotting, solution-focused, holistic, and client-centered. My focus I have familiarity working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, parenting issues, pregnancy/parenting-related challenges, and relationship issues. My communication style I want to help you feel safe, welcomed, and supported in a non-judgmental environment. Working together should feel like a partnership where I am here to guide and support your decisions and keep you accountable to your set goals. My journey to mental healthcare I have always had a drive to help and serve others. The beautiful part about being a therapist is that I often learn as much from others as they learn for themselves during the process. My knowledge is constantly evolving. I have adopted a mindset of growth and humility toward life and what it means to be a part of this human experience. My goals for you Goal setting is collaborative. You decide your goals, and we tailor them to meet your most desired outcome. My first session with you The first session is to get comfortable understanding what therapy is and how it can help you based on your history and present experiences.
