Elizabeth Erban, LMFT

Psychotherapist
MA
Hi there, I'm Elizabeth! I am Elizabeth Erban, a bilingual marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults, families, and couples. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova University and am trained in strengths-based interventions for clients with ADHD. My approach I use a psychodynamic and collaborative approach and am endorsed in infant mental health. My focus I typically work with individuals or couples struggling with day-to-day functioning due to depression, anxiety, or neurodiversity. I also support families who are navigating the challenges of parenting young children. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed neurodiverse individuals. My communication style I create a warm and supportive environment in my sessions. I am in your corner, and together we can work hard while also laughing and enjoying our time. My journey to mental healthcare I wanted to become a therapist from a young age because I have always enjoyed talking with others and connecting with people. I am particularly interested in how people's relationships with others impact their lives and sense of self. My goals for you I ask clients what they would like to work on because it's important to me that you are in control of the direction of therapy. My first session with you You can expect an hour of getting to know each other and sharing as much as you feel comfortable about what has brought you to therapy.
