It’s great to have you here. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership and one where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I use a client-centered approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These evidence-based tools help guide our work as we explore what’s holding you back, build your emotional strength, and move toward the change you want. Sessions are tailored to your needs, pace, and goals because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll create a safe space to identify unhelpful thought patterns, navigate challenges, and gain insight into what matters most to you. My approach I bring a warm, down-to-earth, and conversational style to our work. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. I’m here to support you in working toward your goals by helping you discover your inner strengths, understand and manage emotions, and make choices that align with your values. Whether we’re building coping skills, improving self-esteem, or navigating a major life shift, I’ll be here to guide you with compassion and practical tools to help you gain confidence and clarity along the way. My focus I work best with pre-teens and teenagers who are navigating emotional ups and downs, struggling with self-esteem, or learning how to manage strong feelings in healthy ways. I also support young adults facing life transitions. Whether that’s school, career, or identity-related shifts, and adults who are seeking deeper connections, processing past trauma, or learning how to cope more effectively. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and together, we work toward relief, understanding, and growth. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals reduce anxiety, work through depression, and build resilience during difficult chapters.
