“Elizabeth is the only actually good therapist I have had so far. She has so many tools to suggest that have helped me, from books and apps to practical everyday applications like breathing exercises and ways to set boundaries. She doesn't force anything on me that I'm not interested in, she helps me see things from different perspectives, and helps me see the ways in which I am improving and doing well so I don't only focus on all the ways I am screwing up. I always feel better after seeing her!”

Elizabeth is excellent! I feel understood and validated in my experience in the safe space she's provided, and feel confident in the coping skills we're building together to make improvements to my life and future. It's both productive and healing. I'm very grateful to be working with her.
