I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about helping children, teens, and families feel understood, supported, and confident in themselves. Through my experience in medical social work, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), school social work, and outpatient therapy, I’ve supported youth and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and social-emotional challenges.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered while developing practical coping skills and building on their unique strengths. My goal is to help individuals and families navigate challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
