Therapy focuses on what is important to you with clear and open communication in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I love helping people feel better about themselves and helping people make choices about their happiness. I began working as a therapist in 2006 and have training as a clinical psychologist. I also have fellowship training in health psychology for chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and sleep disorders, including insomnia. I have worked in women's health, primary care, and specialty clinics including pain management. This broad background brings a lot of perspective and allows us to tailor therapy to what you specifically want to focus on. We focus on what you really want to see change in your life and how to make those changes happen. Sometimes this means looking at long-term beliefs or habits and making adjustments that feel authentic and satisfying.
